Broken & Loved is more of a lovestory, where the MC can get more & more sadistic. It is a bit grindy but the relationship has a loving vibe. I am now only starting to be able to spank the sub but after sex the characters always discuss what had happened and how the sub feels about it. Maybe this could count as aftercare for you?

If you can handle the artstyle and the progression you should take a look.

Yes all of the above, however there is one game which has everything in it. Mom takes on their dog and manages to calm the neighbors horse. She lives in a cottage with her son and daughter, (ages adjustable) who she educates in a very sexual fashion. I'm sorry I just cant remember the name of it. If anyone knows this one please reply as I am trying to find it again, it went to the next level or maybe abandoned, but it was fun to play, lots of interesting paths.

Does Duel links count? That was fun for a while, unfortunately it just followed the exact same path as the main game and ran into the same traps and problems so it is just as dead as the regular one to me now.
