The Guardian I'm really loving right now as a Loli game. The various girl's personalities as well as the story of a loli loving mom with Lilith is always a major turn on for me. Not many shota games I've played, but Maou Sama has some shota scenes which I appreciated, too bad the plot was too convoluted. Other than that I love a good corruption game and if the story is right they don't have to be lolis like Echo's of Lust, or Personal Assistant.

Are you looking for stuff in the sameish genre as solo leveling or just good stuff in general? I think my top would be Return Of The Mount Hua Sect, a comedy set in a low magic eastern fantasy setting, and Bastard, a horror thiller about a teenager whose dad is a serial killer and who forces him to act as an alibi/bait for his victims and fears that once he becomes useless/a threat his dad will kill him too. Very different in tone and setting but both are very high quality.

i like sandbox games when there isn't grind in the formula, if i explore and find a secret sex scene than i feel rewarded but when they make you repeat the same fucking blowjob scene 10 times to progress than i hate it

I see alot of Naruto and other anime inspired games. Any games out there based on books by Piers Anthony like Xanth, Incarnations of Immortality, etc.? Or am I dating myself and people don't read books anymore?

never heard of it and the last good naruto game is like 15 years old and was on newgrounds. I don't see many specific anime games and when they do they're only the most popular ones and your books are not well known. Dune had a Game way before the new movies, if LoTR had more ladies it might have done better but in general you need to be a popular relevant book to be popular enough to get a game.

Is absolutely stupid if it serves no purpose in the game.
Unfortunately the vast majority of games are like that and the reason some devs do it is because you need more time to get to the content so it may appear the game has more stuff than it actually has.
The other point is possibly because they can't figure out how make the story progress linearly so they use the map as "dvd scene selection screen" pretty shit if you ask me.
There's a lot of good stuff that can be done with high quality sandbox with old style point and click adventure but I think there's even less people interested in that vs a regular visual novel.

Have you seen the LoTR, Wheel of Time and Witcher show? Be careful what you wish for you probably will be happier with the lack of show and hope over a pile of crap that's forever killed all hope for it to get another show.

Good point. Now with AI, one day it could probably be fan made very well. AI is already making decent pop songs. Just a matter of time before decent movies and shows are made.

Sandbox games can be good if done right as others have suggested. Need a good balance of grind and clear instructions of what to do next like in Pill King. Some games are just too ridiculous with endless requirements that appear to be random with no logic. Even worse when the game is bugged and you don't realize you are stuck looking for a way to progress that doesn't exist.

Love struck thunder, it is one of those collect items and combine them puzzle games. Good luck finding it though the creator decided it wasn't up to his standards of quality, which I think is bullshit I liked it, and let all the uploads lapse so you would have to really dig to find it.

For me, this certain theme that I like but it's underrated was a bunch of transformation sequences that feature either shota and/or loli characters.

I attempted to find some but I didn't have much luck on ones that emphasize it specifically. Most of these have least one character will full or at least a bit bushy but styled.
