It's a game with extremely good 3d animations and graphics called special delivery just recently found it and it's soooo good I recomend everyone try it

Not that bad ngl if you're on android it's a bit tricky but it's mostly just clicking at 4 spaces and getting scenes

Hands Down it's Light Of My Life. The art style put me off playing for over a year, but its consistent almost perfect 5-star rating and endless cavalcade of players heaping praise on it won me over, and GOD. DAMN.
Once you get used to the art style you really fall for the girls, and the writing is top-notch. There are only 3 main love interests plus 3 side-characters for certain fetishes, and the writing on the characters is superb. Each one feels like a real person with complex emotions and reactions. It's a slow-burn with a heavy focus on a family collectively healing from the shared trauma of their wife/mother's death. The progression of the MC's romance with his daughters is one of the only incest storylines that actually feels realistic and doesn't fall into the trope of the familial love interests always being attracted to the MC from the start. Plus, the writing is witty and funny without relying on fourth-wall breaks, pop-culture references, or meta-humor.

A+ game.

Honestly, whenever someone mention this game, and how much it gets praised, makes me wanna try it myself. However I cannot for the life of me get over the fact that the girls seem like goblins

Surprised Being a DIK isn' mentioned. MrDots games also have pretty good animations and Dream of Desire Definitive Edition. Originally it didn't even had animations, but got big update later on.

If you are looking for recommendations, it would help if you were to provide some guidelines...such as RPG/VN? Sandbox y or n? Engine? Kinks? Slow burn of quick fap?

All right. Well if you are looking for completed games, then I'd swap SSP for RISING BLISS (although the ending is quite abrupt, unfortunately) for GOOD GIRL GONE BAD (just to add some variety)

Check Peasant's Quest. This game leans heavily on pregnancy theme. It does have some incest, too.
