The two best ones I've played have been mentioned: Melody and Life With Mary. Even they give you the chance to screw around.

I suppose for a Dev, if someone doesn't like a single LI, they'll drop the game and they lose a potential subscriber. Still, there aren't too many games which allow a single LI path easily.

It was super abandoned. People even developed a narrative about how the dev died. There's no ending but it's still really good
