Haven't played that in a while, is the threesome scene new? Last time i played it there were scenes with mom, and with each sister, but not with two or more together.

Midlife Crisis is definitely worth to play. One of the best games I have played. One of those rare ones you don't even want to skip any dialogies and story components.
I think it's abandoned or at least on-hold right now, but it's not the first time the dev has taken some good free time to himself and went completely silent.. So there is still hope he will return, with some odd explanations.

Yes, when the main character does it, it’s normal, but in other cases I don’t like it.
It would be better if there was a difference between these genres.

the graphics are like in Sapphism no Gensou, I remember only 4 characters, these are 3 twin sisters who even fall under the chibi genre, and an old woman captain)

Oh, the captain was female? That doesn't narrow it down but I was looking for an old man captain.
I did look all the way back from 2012 and earlier on ship based games (18+ games). I thought the triplets would narrow it down, but that doesn't seem to be a common tag.
