This reminds me of the large number of women who play Sims mainly to roleplay as a woman who makes lots of babies with different men. Even if the execution is very PG-13, it can fulfill a fantasy.

There are fully animated sex mods for CK3 on Loverslab.

Skryim with mods is IMO the best option, even though it's technically not a porn game and requires a lot of effort.
Other personal options would be:

Karryn's Prison (You don't explore a world, just a prison complex)

If you're interested in FMC games that are not focused in family I would recommend: Victoria in Big City, Anna Exciting affection (the Renpy version), The Office, Steps of Debauchery, Amy's Ecstasy and Good Girl Gone Bad
