I'd have to say Serenity.

The story hits you in the feels, especially the part about the character losing his mother to cancer, then gets offered to go the world serenity where he meets his mother again but is told it's fleeting

The story is enough to damn near break me every time

• Radiant - Just because of the adorable triplets and the whole dealing with the aftermath of the accident with the mother of the other person
• Little Regina - Seeing what the 2 girls who live together have to go through sparks my protective instincts.

I remember bringing that game up when someone asked 'why isn't there any game where you manage multiple marriages'. TL;DR CK3 does it. It's sounds sexy in context, but boring in execution.

This reminds me of the large number of women who play Sims mainly to roleplay as a woman who makes lots of babies with different men. Even if the execution is very PG-13, it can fulfill a fantasy.
