If you want old school you could try and pick up the old Japanese VN games. If you're actually reading and making decisions instead of using the 'Skip Unread' option to get to the CGs some of them have pretty deep stories.

I'm specifically refering to robot girls that look like robots, none of that real doll looking rubber skin and dead eyes. I want the classic metal with LED screen eyes stuff. I could only find 2 that fit my criteria (factorial omega and A.I.D.A), does anybody here know of any games that would be of my liking?

Looking for games like Raptus and Blackheart Hotel, where the MC has a female accomplice who is close to, or as, screwed up as they are, and helps the MC corrupt/take advantage of/ abuse / r other characters in the game/story. They can either enjoy being an accomplice/egging the MC on (preferred,) or do so reluctantly.
Humiliation/ degradation and/or pregnancy involvement is a bonus.

Played them, and the others I played in case anyone reccomends them is away from home, Light of my Life(one of my favorites), taffy tales, twisted world, Rick and morty away from home, shut up and dance, prince of suberbia rewrite and University of problems(kinda a harem with the mod to see all the routes)
