If you don't care about there being a storyline, you can do this in Pregmod for Free Cities... But it's more of a Tycoon game

In A Family Venture you can let some high-school bully and some FBI bully to have sex with your family members, not much prostitution there.

Maybe it's a game you had no interest in... Maybe it was in an engine you don't normally play.... Maybe it had tags you don't normally enjoy... Maybe it was by an unknown Dev (or worse, a Dev you actively disliked before hand!).
