I would love the ability to add/remove tattoos and piercings from characters. I know almost nobody minds them and infact find them a turn-on but I hate piercings and when characters are covered in tattoos (a couple in right places are fine). These have ruined a few games for me that a lot of people often recommends or sometimes I just skip over scenes with those characters.

Regional manager, while very different than ravager. It has some shared tags. I like abuse of power story lines and regional manager is 90% plus that. Bad news is its on pause for its next update for about a month. Just life shit for the dev delayed the next release.
Light of my life: slow burn and art style is different, but I found myself not skipping and reading dialog. Nothing like ravager. D/D content and a mostly kind story line.

I did not expect to see that here...

I remember bringing that game up when someone asked 'why isn't there any game where you manage multiple marriages'. TL;DR CK3 does it. It's sounds sexy in context, but boring in execution.
