Escape from Tarkov, and a good ARPG like Path of Exile.
The result would be a first person extraction shooter with amazing gun and gear customization, and a highly customizable class system that lets you spec into whatever play style you prefer. it'll be set in a modern world overrun with fantasy monsters that you gotta kill to get that sweet loot.
Sadly the PVP servers would probably be filled with hackers.

I could also just have searched top-rated games with the koikatsu filter.
The reason I started this thread is because I want to hear, at length, WHY you think a certain game is good, what makes it stand out.
Does it have a satisfying plot? Is it great at writing lewd scenes? Does the writer have a good understanding of it's characters? Is it a good twist on a tried and true formula?

Stuff like that. Pretend you're trying to corrupt an open-minded English teacher
