Problem with sandbox AVN's is that it generally sucks, and when it isnt sucks its just... sorta there... it just exists. There are only a couple games with sandbox "gameplay" that isnt useless crap that exists only to artificially prolong game.

I totally understand why some people feel that way, and there are definitely bad sandboxes, but overall I believe it's just a matter of opinion. For example, I get really bored after endlessly clicking through typical VN after 10-15 minutes.
Btw, I agree with your "prolonging" point. But I see nothing wrong with that, I like to take my time with the games.

Just high grahpic fidelity (University of Problems style); with a ton of options to choose from; it can contain almost any genre as far as i'm concerned, but make it all optional.
Lots of different girls (and or boys or even trans) to pick from, lots of different type of scenes (vanilla, to R, to torture, to groups, to corruption)

Basically superpowered by AI so that whatever you decide to do, new content will just be generated for you live, without losing any quality >:3

- im my opinion if game can be played without "map interface" this means that this game has no point in being sandbox. Actually in my experience sandbox AVN's typically more linear ( storywise ) than some standard non kinetic AVN's. So all that clicking has one and only purpose - stall your game.

Also there are couple of games that have a choice between being played as sandbox or VN. They are perfectly playable as VN's...
