You’re not supposed to win phase 1 directly – the actual win condition is to survive until you run out of energy (yellow bar) or to survive 20 rounds, although the later is unrealisitc and a safety mechanism. To get there, three ways exist:
First, there’s the risky approach: Funkelregen’s Deconstruction ability has been a little bit reworked: It no longer stuns Funkelregen and her target. Instead, it applies a DoT and suppresses enemy regeneration. Additionally, Funkelregen regains the drained damage as energy. I guess, due to bad wording, this wasn’t obvious to everybody…
Anyway, in the second round, apply Deconstruction to one of the smaller ships. This will inevitably cause you to lose the station and to Funkelregen tanking some hits. But after rebuilding the station, you just need to spam Repair + Hypermissiles – if timed well, you even can get a blueprint and once it’s just a 2v2, the fight is basically won.
Needlessly to say, with this tactic, you’ll have a larger period of time, where you can’t effort a stray hit targeting Funkelregen.
Second, you can just turtle. Spam Repair on Funkelregen and let the Station do whatever… You can even accelerate your win, by wasting energy i.e. building the defense station a new insteadt repairing.
And lastly, the minigame will skip itself after failing 3 times.

Ladira of House Cerser is a noble-born from the planet Vesella. The amazonian woman is the oldest and tallest crew member and serves as the ship's doctor. Ladira is always helpful with scientific expertise and a little bit of maternal severity.

Sarlé possesses psionic powers ranging from telepathy to hypnosis and weak telekinesis. Although usually peacefully minded, you do not want to end up on the wrong end of her powers...
Zoela is your commanding officer. But don't underestimate her usually quite deminor... She can be quite fiery and carries the most secrets with her and is the center of all the mysteries going on in the ship.
Annica is the player's childhood sweetheart, who joins the crew late. The little bit nerdy girl can be quite the know-it-all at times.
The Time Warden is an enigma... At seemingly random she crosses paths with the crew and vanishes into the void again. Although nobody has a clue, who this woman is, she for some reasons knows everything about the other main characters.
