I read most of the time.

I have no interest in plot. At the beginning of the game, i read all the dialogue to understand the situation and the relationships between the characters, then i start skipping to the "important scenes." But if i like the story, then i read all the dialogue

I find that the more games I have played, the more I skip. It gets boring with the recurring tropes. But if the story is good I will make the effort to follow along.

Hello fellow players, are you more of the concentrated readers who want to understand the story? Is that important to you or do you always skip to the "exciting" parts without understanding the context?

I need attachment to characters to get off. So yes reading is a must. If i want to just watch porn i would go to the hub. Also why play a game with story just to skip it. Feels wrong to skip all the effort they put in.

i'll go with the family on this one "it depends" ... the writing for some game are absolutely trash (sorry..) but the spicy stuff can go from ok to awesome ....and other games can have such a good story and great characters that i have no other choice of reading it all

so if the story is good and make sense with how the characters are written and the relation between them make sense also .. then i'll read it all .. but otherwise i'm a skipper

If I feel like the dev is going too far up his own ass with his writing, but the models are nice, I will skip.
