I lurked here for a while before the LC situation meant I had to start becoming active.

Yet when it comes to contributing to threads in a fulfilling way I live in fear that my contributions may be deleted.

This is because for many threads that ask for an opinion about a topic someone has usually already posted an opinion similar to my thoughts.

This means I can like their post but if I write my mirrored thought I'm not really value adding to the thread in my mind.

Sometimes this stops me sharing my thoughts on the topic which also limits my LC gain.

What are peoples thoughts?
Should we comment with thoughts and opinions that have already been expressed in a thread or just like the posts that mirror our thoughts to reduce over inflating a thread with comments that don't add value to the thread.

If we should simply be liking comments that mirror our thoughts, and not adding a comment, should we then get 1 or 2 LC for likes we put on others comments (with a cooldown of course) so that threads stay fulfilling but we still get rewarded for being involved.

Hey, I'm here to try to help you in your coin-earning journey, I know it can be frustrating to have some of your comments deleted because they were deemed as "Spam", but unfortunately we need these rules to avoid having any random person reporting our site (again).
TLDR: check my thread where I explained why we have the system and how you can earn coins fast without breaking any rules The Coin-Hustlers University.
When we receive a report about spam, we analyze the context of the comment to be sure that it's a spam comment, if so, we delete the comment and send the user a notification about the reason

Of course you can share your optinion even if its the same or similar than one already posted. It's you opinion after all. ;)
Also there is no need to artificial lenghten your reply, a short one can be enough.

In the past users did got coins for liking someone else, but people abused it with scipts and similar to mass like entire threads and spam reactions, so it was removed.

Ideally you would recieve points for liking posts as well to avoid duplication of posts. This would probably make things too easy though and enable like trading.

Like trading isn't even allowed. ;)

I don't think that offer an opinion similar to an opinion already offered unnecessarily clutters up the thread. Most concurrences have some nuance to them. Even if the thread is something like, do you prefer Blonds or Brunettes, if someone has already said Brunettes! it shouldn't stop you from sharing. You might have more context to add too, like "Brunettes! particularly with large glasses and in a library. Even that much adds a flavor or a possible prompt for someone else to expand the discussion. But that's my thought. If we didn't share our thoughts for fear of repeating what someone has said before, there'd be too few books and movies to enjoy :)

Everyone has an opinion or preference for most thing, and sometimes they are similar to that of others.

If you're afraid of them being seen as too similar, simply explain how you came to reach your opinion.

A good example might be something like this:

OP said:
Hiring managers past and present, do you look at which shool applicants attended?

bulliedhealer said:
No OP, I sure af did not back when I was a hiring manager.

Let me tell you why!

We hired a guy from NASA, like verified had worked for FUCKING NASA. Guy had 2 masters degrees and was working on a 3rd, all from a big name college.

He was a complete piece of shit. Lazy asshole, absolutely worthless.

In a pinch to replace him, I hired some guy with an assload of experience and a 2 yr degree from a local community college. Man was a fucking rockstar. Faster and more efficient at everything.

So now, I don't look at schools anymore, I look at experience and reason for job change.

So you see, expanding up on the logical or emotional reasoning behind your decisions can lengthen your post(s) and help make it unique!

Also, you could learn to draw goblins. Then post them on the forum.
Everybody loves goblins and the forum needs more of them!

You know, there was a pretty awesome text-based game called Corruption of Champions (CoC). They had some hypersexualized goblin alchemists in the game. Your images would have made the game out-of-this-world.

I may have played CoC one or twice....

Just post your thoughts relevant to the topic.
If you want to express a unique perspective to every thread good luck getting a single coin ever.

I noted someone on another thread said to use 'Perchance' to make ai art. So I tried it. Result below.
It didn't allow the Goblin Woman to be in her underwear and it had a bias towards younger goblin women even when asked to draw an older goblin woman!

'Perchance' is fun to use but the bias is huge.
I wrote Old goblin woman wearing a skirt and got this.... But I guess I can try going on the bounty threads for ai art or do these not count?

It depents which art style you use, some can't do certain things because they were never trained with them. So the AI has no reference point and generate something different or swich to an art style that can do it.
Also, as with all AI, you need to find the right words for the AI the trigger the results you want.
Perchance is quick in it's generation, so try different prompts if you don't get what you are looking for.

You think about things too much, if you enter a thread asking you to resolve a question or give your opinion on something, just answer, they do not delete comments just because there is already someone who answered something similar, then if you want, read the rest of the thread and interact with the answers already given either to express your opinion, give your support or simply refute it.

Here they only delete comments if they are spam, if you repeat yourself, if they are garbage (I like it or I will play it) or content that should not be published (which, given the nature of the page, would basically only fall into the category of illegal or if it is very away from the topic of the thread)

Thank you for the tips.
I'll keep practicing.
It's definitely fun and easy to use though.
