There's 2 different but not AVNs to deal with that. Friends In Need is the SS version that used to have rape, incest (planned), and everything else that makes an AVN worthwhile that Patreon cries about. Friends Indeed is the shitty Patreon version with all the good stuff removed and the dark/incest/etc patch only works with the SS version. Though after the rework there's not much difference between them I imagine, as for one even the patched SS version Gabby no longer has an age setter and was taken out of school and put in a college like every other shitty AVN not worth giving money to.
These days you have to be foolish to even try to make AVNs for a living, as shit often needs changed so much so often it's no longer worth monetarily supporting and no longer reliable enough for that and often takes forever to even break $500 a month assuming it ever does (which no one is going to live on, that's only half the median income even in Brazil, and the only cheaper places to live lack things like power grids like rural India). Best way to do it now is just make what the fuck you want and drop it on your own site either self-hosted or with a host that doesn't care about cartoon content and put your crypto wallet link on that and link that here. These days you probably won't make any less doing that than letting Patreon practically write your watered-down story for you, and as a bonus you get to keep your artistic integrity and maybe even keep any enthusiasm you initially had for it rather than let Patreon kill it. The few devs left I keep up with now barely make $2 an hour if one keeps track of all the hours of dev time every month, mainly due to losing subs after being forced to change shit where they didn't have a huge number of subs to begin with even before the changes and just continue to do it more for fun and to pass the time rather than the pay= might as well just abandon AVN development and get a min wage job or drive for Uber, far more pay for far fewer hours than 10-12h a day if money is the goal.
Yep it's time to go back when AVN's were just a hobby not a full time job.
My new policy is give to no one before it's finished, as most end up abandoned anyway no matter what devs say at the start. If the final product still has the lolis and incest I want I'll then and only then send $10-20 to their crypto wallet. Maybe if everyone did that the AVN landscape wouldn't be the mostly-shit it is now.
I don't support many at this point. Only ones that have some sort of consistency, either a completed previous zvn or they've been updated the one they have been working on and updating consistently.

Patreon is the shitty bleached version with the laundry list of things they don't like removed. SS is the slightly less shitty and less bleached version.
