Pretty sure that's the shower scene in 0.7, just not from POV of MC (composing scenes is done in 3d after all) and with slightly different hand placement.

Mega often has that problem for me too, no solution works so far for me except sometimes to pause and unpause the dl, but that only works in like 1 out of 5 times at best.
