Overview:

There's more to it than that to be fair. You can also uncensor it by going to page 2 on the settings and removing mosaic. It has multiple body positions if you played through it a touch.

Yes, I do fap to such things. It's actually pretty interesting game. There is more to it than just going on train, but the more you progress the story, the more stuff unlocks. There are actually sex scenes in this game (gangbang).
If this is not your cup of tea, just skip it? No one forces you to play it.

He added new thug scenes with training now - it is still not completed, fixed train game freezing after certain point in story (Salaryman into NEET -> complete slut training). That's about it.
The guy is planning to add anal sex and other options later, but it's hard to do for him from animation point, but he said he will try his best.
