Feel like "Found in Translation" is kind of heading in that direction, though it skips the pregnancy. There are flashbacks of the MC and his sisters sexual relationship after the MC reconnects with his sister and introduces him to his daughter/niece. There's no content with the daughter/niece yet but it seems likely to happen at some point.

i mean there is 23 Sisters by Doc but it is a weird game at times.

Every time I've played a Doc game, I felt like I was having a stroke.
At some point while playing I'd always go back to the game page, see Doc's name, and say "oh, that makes sense".

the pregnancy is fast-forwarded in the plot, but it is just not shown in the frame, but nevertheless, MC have daughter-niece with his older sister (what can not be without pregnancy, right?). and judging by the conversations that his adopted eldest daughter is having with MC, everything is very possible, including not only sex.
oh yes, of course, if the author makes due effort =)

As soon as incest starts in your head, it’s already difficult to get it out of there. and especially if you have cases of inbreeding (in my opinion this is generally a one-way ticket haha).

Mother Lover's Society was pretty good. Nice renders and great writing. Interesting as it starts with mom and daughter already fully in a relationship. Not at all typical in these games. However it seems be abandoned (see F95) so try it to see what might have been.
