Once in a Lifetime is peak, his new game Eternum sadly dropped that which is my only real gripe with that game.
Grandma's House is also really good, but I feel it's become inflated with too many characters to the point I'm hoping he doesn't add more cause some girls go months without little to nothing.
If you're up for playing a JP game with good enough fan translation that isnt a VN, Imouto Life Monochrome and its sequel Imouto Life Fantasy are really good siscest games

In Once in a Lifetime the 3 main girls are your sisters and mother, in Eternum none of the girls are directly related to the MC, but the 3 of them you stay with are family. I'd have preferred if he Made the MC related to that family he's staying with instead of them just being old family friends. or Even have just made the Childhood friend character a sister instead. They have some similarities appearance wise that it could've worked.

I did also feel like something may have felt slightly off, so unless we're both schizo or suffering mass hysteria he may have just slightly changed how he does things. only time will tell i guess
