I don't have any games to recommend focused on just the mom. The Spellbook has fantastic optional mom ntr as well as other characters close to the MC. A Family Venture has some pretty good NTR optional stuff with the mom and sisters.

After I started playing Ravenous my standards for incest, harem and storyline were raised by a lot, so that's my favorite without a doubt, all character are interesting, the story is really good, have some horror but not enough to mess with the atmosphere of the game and don't have any relationship that feels forced or out of context.
