Yea that was something that I even told the dev on discord, the stuff with mateo makes less sense since lily is older in the remake and should have a better understanding of what is going on. But he said that her being manipulated had nothing to do with her age. She is just very innocent. I think the NTR fans got the short end of the stick on that one because for the main story, her being a little older doesn't really change anything.
