1st: That's not how these types of games work, these aren't sprites moving through the environment, or some other form of live rendered game like unreal.
Renpy games are basically just a slideshow, in order to make a mod to "restore the original models" someone would have to have access to every single model and prop and background element that the dev has used, and would have to manually recreate every single scene in the game and re-render them.

Even if they somehow managed to get the exact models (given dev's penchant for altering purchased models this is a practical impossibility), someone who possessed the skill, knowledge, and time to do such a thing would be better served just making their own game at that point.

2nd: It depends on where your lines for preferences are I suppose; to me at least, the younger one still looks around 10-11 and the older sister still passes for 16.

Definitely true. Bodies are strange. There are some girls out there who look 25, but are really 14. And there are others who look 15 but are really 28. It becomes more obvious as soon as they open their mouths, but it's still interesting.

It gets even more confusing when the girls who look older also have a youth to their look that you can tell cuz their bodies are still developing. I noticed all this when I was younger and still notice it now. Generally, I think the online world needs more diverse body models.
