Because the dev didn't feel safe creating a game with loli characters and decided to remake the game and make them older. It seems like he made the right choice because even Subscribestar is now banning games with loli characters.

It's a shame the author changed the models and removed so much content.

Was looking forward to more from this, but the changes ruin the experience for me (The younger daughter's stretched model looks unnatural and the story doesn't really fit her anymore, as the most egregious example.)

I understand the author's decision but it's still such a shame.

Couldnt agree more. The only reason i played this was only because of the lolis. Or "almost" hebes....
He removed that, because of "legal reasons". fine with me! But he cant expect me to be a supporter, after he sold me "crack" and than went down to...."oregano"
Game might be still the same, but.....no. Not my cup of tea. IF the new models would actually look "good", i might not cry as much....but...playing the "new and improved" version? yeah, no.
He pretty much killed his own game, because of the changes.....except ofc for cuck95 tards

Maybe he was concerned, but that would be speculation.
From what was officially expressed, monetization was the reason for the remake. He even got his page back at that other site, and probably gained subscribers as he lost subscribers.

As he played both sides of the isle, to maximize his audience, he knew there are a lot o cuck fans on cuck95.
In my opinion, even if you can choose the non-cuck path, and enjoy it, deep down you can't trust a developer that has cucking in a daddy-daughter story.

I haven't bothered to actually check out the remake; that will have to wait until the new content comes out.
I believe though, that if the developer had had a better touch/feel for proportions, a middle path between the heights of the characters, in the old versus the new versions, would have been acceptable.

Frankly, I wouldn't.

The new models look grotesque, the writing is objectively a downgrade, scenes I would argue are integral to the story are removed and every aspect of player choice (even as simple as dialogue options) have been utterly scrubbed.

This story had heaps of potential but it's wasted beyond recovery if you ask me.

I'm torn now. I was interested in this when I first saw it, but now, do I start this version, or do I wait until I can get M+ and start with the original version?

I suspect, like with the Star Wars Special Editions, most people would suggest I start with the original first, but I'm open to opinions!
