His case is warranted then. UK has laws which could get him in trouble. They dont care about 500 year old loli vampire statements. They go by the appearance.
Makes sense then why he'd change the characters. Otherwise he was on Substar. No reason to swap out unless it was external issues, I guess.
Just because the other bigger site bans the game, doesn't mean its the end of it. Every dev complaining about lack of engagement and numbers is just extremely bad at advertising their game.
Half the success of a game is in advertising enough to captivate people.

And the other half is quality of the game itself. My biggest sub is ketzal/ssp. He hasn't been on F95 since like 0.4 almost 2 years ago and still has 1500+ paid subs. Like you'd guess from the locations in the game he was originally in France, he makes SSP his day job, then their loli laws change (or were already recently so beforehand, not very privy to French cartoon porn law myself) but instead of screw over his game (and probably most of his livelihood) he simply got the fuck out of Dodge and moved to a country that doesn't give 2 shits about fictional cartoons and their supposed ages. If only more loli devs were that hardcore. Only other one like that (that never had to move though afaik) is probably Blackheart since it's also his day job with 3500+ subs. Until recently I would have also said _13_ but no one knows for sure WTF happened with him (at least he didn't simply ghost everyone and milk the income as long as possible like some).

Are the models available anywhere or are they proprietary? I really like the older daughter model.

With Daz most models done by non-lazy devs (ie that don't simply grab Victioria (aka Jill from Being A DIK) from the Daz store and drop her mostly as-is in their AVN renders) are proprietary. In Daz it's like taking a plain bald mannequin base model and making her hot (with separate hair, makeup, clothes, etc. assets the dev also made from scratch or bought in the Daz store along with morphs and other fine details). There's plenty of crude versions of this in a lot of rpg games and mmos if you've ever made a custom avatar/main character in the last 20-30 years or so.

Started the game on my laptop after it CTD'd on my Alienware box.

Anyway, I like the renders. Was a bit turned off after the MC got stabbed three times right through his body armor, which shouldn't be possible. Oh well ... moving on with the story.

Well there's a bit more to it than that.

The written law has a single word in it that makes the difference, and that is 'person'.

Never refer to your fictional characters as 'people' and/or 'person(s)'.
Also, never base your fictional characters on a real person (or use life-like models (like the celeb models) if you're going to make them young), as it can be argued that they are people/person(s).

There's no guaranty that using legal worded loopholes will keep you out of jail though, if you make content where the fictional character looks younger than the AOC, then you run the risk of getting fk'd over.

From what he has said publicly, the reason is money.
In the first post on his SS, date Sep 22, 2023, he states he is making changes; and the statement came quite some time after WG, so there were no panic mode in play.
He states he has "come to realize that it's becoming increasingly difficult to monetize this content and even more to simply post online".

Yeah not just the UK but the whole commonweath looks like they lost their minds when Bart Simspon is retroactivley granted "personhood" to avoid letting a guy walk that drew him fucking his sister Lisa. At least in the US we have common sense (just a cartoon not based on anyone and not real : legal, no matter what they are doing that you may find repulsive and disgusting. don't like it? then quit looking at it, no real victim = no real crime), even though there's still those dumb obscenity laws on the books (that are at least seldom even used anymore, way more often than not the jury acquits if even attempted other than extremely rare over-the-top cases like Mr. Double that ran basically a text-based C P story site, but most of the stories were based on real child rapists' and murderers' exploits so it was argued his site basically got them killed and even then it took 27 years of that to sentence him to 40 years for obscenity, of course by that point he was already 66 anyway).

Of course he didn't admit that (who would?), but it's pretty obvious that was the actual reason from the timing alone to me, aside from the laws of the country he lives in. And sure, it's harder than vanilla (or not, vanilla is a dime a dozen and free for the most part so no point in paying for it to begin with) but plenty of loli devs do fine with a couple thousand subs and give the middle finger to the censorship (ie Ketzal, Blackheart, Ronovan, Deaufosse, etc). But yeah, I remember that post as just an excuse for more money before I knew where he was located, apparently the 500 subs or so at the time he already had weren't enough. Always "gimme more money dammit, gimme gimme gimme".

The dev talked about it on discord. He felt like storywise it didn't make sense for them to just be ok with being naked around each other like that. But he will add the truth or dare game later. Another reason for him to remove the truth or dare game is because he wants to finish the remake as soon as possible and the truth or dare game is very big render wise.
