Did you check the prefixes of the game? It clearly says [Complete]. Also, under the Note heading in the OP: "Game appears to have concluded and dev is moving on to another project".

He made another game called Larnyx and then moved on due to mental health issues. He hasn't been active for over a year.

just because someone added the prefix "complete" doesn't make it true, if you play the VN you'll clearly see that it just ends, it's nowhere complete not a single story element is even near completion, we see a ton of developers that gets bored with their project and just makes up a rushed ending, killing everybody or just adding "and they all lived happily ever after" but there isn't even a thing like this at the current "end" of this story,
if you boot up the VN you can even read on one of the last pages "this ends the "first season" of experiemtai but it's not over." on the second to last page "closed Alphai will on the one hand continue with this narrative, a little in the future." and last page "that's it for now. stay tuned!", I get sometime in the future is also still now, but the developer didn't even make a new end screen with an edited text something along the lines "I don't know if ill complete this one" or "I got bored with the story and might not finish this one eighter"

Larynx was developed alongside Experimentai for quite a while, as a subscribers-only thing with a preview edition available free on his eigbox site (which appears to now be defunct). The two were developed concurrently, rather than one coming after the other.

Experimentai 'season one' was completed with Chapter 10. He was creating a separate sequel game called "Experimentai: Closed Alphai", when his Pixiv was banned and cut his income to basically zero. It's debatable whether to call them the same game, but they'd be different builds no matter what, and with different titles, the vast majority of sites treat them as separate games. It's just like Nightaku arbitrarily ending Oh Daddy in the middle of a storyline because he's a hack, and soon releasing "Sara" (a separate, different game that continues the exact same storyline). Those will end up as separate threads on all the sites that have both.

Larynx, meanwhile, was always a shorter, vignette-based game with female voice acting (thus the name). The first Larynx was also completed, and he started making several separate shorter ones with different characters/stories/voice actresses: Larynx: Insainity, Larynx: Naighborly, and Larynx: The Rabbithole, all of which were at least an update or two along when his Pixiv got axed.

(Also, as a note, the names I wrote above are all correct in terms of capitalization and spelling. It's just a thing he did with the names.)

He popped back up with a different Pixiv username, but that's now either private or also banned/locked ("access is restricted for this user").

Probably not, unless someone is still in contact with DubyaDee, or happens to have saved the downloads. Last I saw, they were only at something like 0.2, 0.5, and 0.02 anyway.

I'd just temper that hope, rather than burying it. There is still a non-zero chance that someone does happen to have those versions, or something close to them, and they might end up somewhere. Best bet is to check ATF, though. Given the games that have been banned on LC, these would not be allowed here.

Pointless to dig anyway unless you find a right person.
- They're not here
- ATF doesn't have them
- Kemono doesn't have them
- Both of the fanbox accounts; DubyaDee and DeeDee are suspended
- Pixiv has no public posts either
- Chances of a person having the games and being here are minimal due to the creator not being that big in terms of sub numbers
