I've seen a lot of people saying this game is really good and I'm seriously thinking about playing it. Is it really all that?

It's absolutely worth it. The modeling alone is already superior to most HS2 games, and the storyline is solid too. The developers are quite responsible as well. Just my personal take

Same, knowing the update is out is driving me nuts but I feel like playing it now would be too short-lived, this is one of those games where I need to immerse myself in its world and an hour or so won't be enough.

The latest update took almost a year to release since the one before. It has 4 distinct chapters and well over 2 hours of play time.

I get how you feel. When 0.8 dropped I played it immediately and was disappointed by how short it was. But this one is much longer and totally worth the play. Can't wait to see where this story goes next

oh shit didn't know they updated to 0.9. haven't caught up to the last update yet. this game is solid story wise, like playing a proper game not a cheap sex game. probably the only game im interested in cause of the story rather than nudes.

Yessir this game stands out for good reason, I don't play these games to goon i play them for lack of censorship and depth of world-building/character growth and Eternum hits all the marks. When I hit a creative roadblock I usually think of games like Eternum and Love of Magic for inspiration, they're not lewd games they're epic stories with lewd content.

Updates tend to take about a year, like 9-12 months, so we probably won't be hearing about any updates until late 2026.

Dunno if it's just me but it takes ages to skip to the good lewd stuff on this one. Like too much time spent on the game 'eternum' itg. I'd prefer the real encounters with the family.

One of the best VNs I've ever played. The story and characters are 10/10. One of the rare games where you can believe the hype (or it's even better than the hype).
