Hey, i respect your decision and i think you are right, you should be looking at what's best for you. Since you sought professional advice, i would like to ask you. Is the DLsite new payment system could be an escape route for future developers that want to go down that road? I know they have smol content, even 3D (like NEET, Angel, and Ero Family) but i don't know their relationship with western DEVs. Did you legal help said anything about it, or do you think its plausible?

All the stuff on there has to be censored like in japanese porn. I guess devs could just create patches to "decensor" but it would be a lot of extra work, don't know if it would be worth it.

Some of those games do appear uncensored on JAST USA, and MangaGamer (Even on steam, like Magical konoha is there, from black panda, that has titles like rori hoi). On Pixiv there are even some 3d smol artists uncensored. So i thought it could be an option too. I was kind curious, but i can see your point.

To be honest, I do not like Seath's writing style at all. It doesn't mean I don't like him as a Dev. Just writing a good coherent story isn't his cup of tea. So, for Ketz it would be a waste of potential.
Seath's visuals are kinda OK anyway. His strong side is characters and also the fact that he still shows the kinks almost nobody else dares to do.

Well I tried to read what I could but theres shit everywhere and the other post about this is full of politics like some actual fucking idiots. Is SSP done with? I assume so because of the amount of hate on SMOLs in VNs. Less and less, harder to find and the people who do continue to risk getting smited every single day. But I really enjoy SSP a lot and am trying to find somewhere to support the dev. But if hes done with the game (which i dont blame) then thats all I need to know.

He is also working on another safer game that will be released on patreon.

If a bunch of the game is being reworked then yeah id say its done. But I understand why its being done, its impossible to get support on risky games. I didnt mean done as in abandoned or something like that either, I was just talking in terms of this specific game being done with. Oh yea when it comes to content with smol characters it's pretty much done. He already said that he will never create content with those types of characters again.

I just find it odd how there's thousands of movies, comics , games and other type of art where people are shot maimed, killed in a number of gruesome ways and no one bats an eye, but any sexual content with polygons is strictly prohibited if said polygons are under 18 years old....
