The new update is pretty unplayeble. The loaded save requires a lot of ignoring grey screens in order to continue. Is there a fix?

You must start a new game, old saves are not working. Also keep in mind the game is abandoned, there won't be any updates/fixes anymore

Thanks for people that help me reach him, yeah someone already gave me a more direct contact and I spoke with him already, the only thing I'll say is that things are much worse than people here seems to be and is best to not keep posting his stuff again or try revive any of his old project etc and undirectedly involve him again in anything, he just need time and a good fucking break right now.
That's the world we live in and this kind of content will die very soon, sadly everything is against the creator when he try to make this type of content and make a living from it to keep working on it full time to deliver quality, just enjoy everything you have now, because all this will only be found on Dark Web in few years.
They don't want people to get what they want from fictional pixels, they want them to go seek this IRL, this people are sick. They so stupid that they don't get it if suddenly you delete every loli content from the internet, the IRL cases will go x2000%+ and in most people's cases, this is just the result of watching too much porn and continuously seeking something "new" or more "taboo", there's millions of people like this on this internet era.
I wont stop what I do and let this sick people win, I know what I do can make few people that are actually down very bad to get what they want from the fictional pixels I do, instead of seeking to do this IRL or social medias, and no I'm not converting anyone to like this, people who seek my content is already into that, since they like to make this stupid argument a lot, there's a very good reason why they allow lolis in Japan, because they are smart and they know what happens if lolis are banned there. If anything they just push me even more to finally start my VN/game.

I had a short talk with ketzal and besides him being frustrated and rumbling a lot about some people's reaction to the whole situation (which I will not quote here), he also asked me to pass on some words.
So if you stumble across ketzal (under a different name) in the future, please restrain yourself from mentioning his old name and work. At least in public.
Let's hope that some day, when he made peace with what happened and he finds a secure way to get support for his work, we will see some more games like SSP and EGBE.

Such a sad day 
I found this site just because of Ketzal. I found an earlier version of SSP and was smitten by the quality of the game and by the plot. I knew there was an update but I couldn't find it anywhere and then BANG! I found this site. Now, without Ketzal, Westy and a couple of others this site has lots half of its attraction. Sad, sad day indeed

Before the dev completely disconnected, I recommended he move to u n i f a n s or p i v i x to continue to develop his niche content. EGBE, still in the prologue phase, gave us a hot pohotoshoot with Marie and then another with the twins, plus the cliff hanger of Lori becoming your roommate. I know when a person is pissed off, rightfully so, it's easy to want to give. Let's try to help him find a place to continue his niche art!

I am incredibly sorry for him (or her?)! 
Not only is the artwork exceptional and is the music always a perfectly chosen match for the atmosphere, but opposed to most other games, his stories have a deep emotional impact. Some characters have a development rarely seen here or elsewhere and the way their journey is portrayed lets me think, that the dev kind of filled them with own personal experiences - almost as if these stories were a way of processing his own past. The conflicting emotions and the character development were so realistic as if he really knows what he was writing about.
I wish the dev the very best and hope there will be a way to continue this exceptional work, which is so much more than just another fuck game.

I feel you man. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like there is a way for him to continue SSP or EGBE. Let's just hope he comes back in the future with a different game, that is easier to monetize. He is very talented, so I am sure he can still tell great stories even without some of the controversial content that is in both of these games.I am incredibly sorry for him (or her?)!

I already offered 1 input for an alternative way for the devs continue, now for another:
What if they decided it was time to give "little people" aka dwarves / midgets their chance in the spotlight of AVNs? The fact they happen to look like lolis is no longer an issue, they are "absolutely over 18" after all so saying anything makes the complaint biased against people with dwarfism

Then if somebody who isn't the dev made an age change patch for the game, it wouldnt be the devs responsibility when it releases in "less reputable
" sites.
Im just spitballing at this point because I really dont want games like this to fade into nonexistence
