discussion dream sequences in h-games - do you skip them?

I personally stop jerking off during dream sequences, they just feel too fake to get turned on by. even if the mc thinks of some crazy shit I prefer to hold off until something actually happens in the game. I'll go as far as to not download a game if I know the only sex in it is within a dream or flashback.

am I in the minority on this?

No, I don't skip anything, provided of course there is a decent plot. Alas, only 15-20% of the projects presented both here and on F*95 have that virtue.
Besides, drawn characters leave me completely indifferent sexually. I'd rather download a full-fledged porn movie in good quality (4K/5K).

If it's just a conversation, it doesn't make sense to read everything unless it's important, but nowadays most of games have a book to know what to do after if u lose something

If the story is mid, then I don't care if what I'm looking at is a dream or not because I'm just trying to get off.

I don't skip H-scenes on dreams, but I don't like them either. I don't like the idea of the MC dreaming about the girl exactly how she is without clothes, even if he never saw her naked before. It's make no sense for him to know, and is also a "spoiler" for us players before the real action actually happens.

This basically, it's hard to care about what happens in a dream sequence because it almost never has any bearing on the story at large. SOMETIMES it is relevant, like (if I recall correctly) Dreams of Desire, where dreams have a tangible effect on the plot, but in my experience dream sequences usually amount to "Oh shit, I just realized the player is probably getting bored right now, how can I throw sex in their face to distract them. Well it wouldn't make sense at this part of the story, so fuck it, it's a dream sequence." They might do some interesting stuff in the dreams, but I am a story first kind of porn gamer so if you are showing me a scene that has zero effect on the story at large, I am skipping.

If it's relevant to the story I'll watch it. Unrelated banging scenes, especially with character that is not fully revealed otherwise yet, I'll skip.
