I'm trying to get a sense of how this all works. Currently, I can't seem to access games on account of not being a member. This I figured out from this thread.

I've attempted to purchase Member+, but it says I don't have enough donation coins. Do I need to fill this page out in order to get them?

Also, am seeing references to Prestige 1-5 memberships. Does purchasing this not include the Membership+, so I would have to purchase that separately?

I am seeing a banner at the top of the page saying I can "upgrade" for $80. Do I simply donate $80 and it will grant me P5 access? What does Prestige 5 contain?
