Mega seems to work fine, but nvm that. You are right to be suspicious because this is not a Ren'Py game, you most likely downloaded malware from a malicious ad. If you did run that .exe, it's time to do some damage control

Yeah, Just checked and mega is up now. (was showing something about a missing decryption key yesterday.). Yeah, I found it suspicious, so I didn't run the setup.
