There isn't any Step incest. You can label it all you want, but there isn't incest.

Incest is relations between blood relatives, and step-siblings/Parents are not blood.

Now if it was more of a half-sister/half- brother kind of deal that you be incest. The siblings share the same parent. It could be that the dad knocked up two women, one had a girl, the other a boy. In this scenario the dad would the the same parent making them half-siblings. Same goes goes the mother if the mother birthed 2 children from 2 different fathers, again it's half siblings.


Step is just fucking bullshit.

I awsume in many cases the "step-" is intruduced to have a chance at not completely breaching TOS of whatever site they host on. It's the same in regular porn. I assume it's to reduce potential backlash. I prefer the actual (but still fictional) thing.

I can't remember which game it was, but there's one where your dad dies (of course) and then you find out that your dad had a secret family, so you have your mom, your sisters, then your dad's other wife (stepmom?) and her daughters (your half-sisters).
