I think you should make a few differences. Like a step sister, when you are 16, isn't comparable with a step sister you get when you are 5 years old, where you play together and grow up.

I would almost suggest that last one, doesn't really matter if it's your real sister or not (for the story at least).

But come on, I'm 18 years my father or mother marries some beautiful looking chick, or a man, with a nice daughter with nice big tits, which is similar in age. That last one would not really be a step-sister incest story.

What I like about incest stories, is the slow build up over years of a love story. Not the promiscuous sister, where you one day get a chance to fuck too...

Of course Patreon and such seem to ruin such stories. I can imagine because if it happens in real life, it will probably really fuck up everything, and will make you requiring long-term therapy.


I don't know why they need an ipatch for every f*cking game. I mean if MC lives together with his landlady and roomies, then yes please IPATCH NOW!!!. But in most stories when it was thought about at creation, PLEASE leave them out. You get such fucked wrong stories.

I always thought the step sister/brother thing was mostly a cover for the real incest because of legal reasons etc, where the story is supposed to be real brother and sister but because incest is not allowed they changed it to step. Maybe it isn't the case every time but i just get the feeling when i see it and so i prefer it to actually be incest instead heh

The weird thing is Patreon considers stepcest the same as real incest. That's why so many have "landlady" and "roommate." Which leads to silly things like "OMG I can't believe I had sex with my roommate!"

It depends. If it's really obvious it's supposed to be incest, then yes (if there is no patch, or relationship changer built in or so).
Tbch it should be a tag of it's own. Some games actually have both, but it's kind of rare.
For instance, MC has a family (mom, dad, sister/s), mom and dad split up, MC moves with dad and MC gets a second family (s-mom, s-sister/s), then re-unites with mom and sister/s, and bangs all of them.
Then there are games where the step-family is actually a well set-up part of the story.
But it shouldn't be counted as incest. That tag should imply - and involve - blood related family members.

Now, if I had to take one of them and tell them to look at the flowers, it's no question that stepcest would get a lead injection in the small part of the brain.
