It definitely depends on the game and the reason. Some games I am truly only interested in the sexual content of the game and the story doesn't interest me. Some games the story is important and I feel obligated to sit through

yeah agreed some games that actually have good stories and not too much dialogue i enjoy reading through, but alot of games seem to have alot of filler dialogue to make the game seem longer

Yea. Also sometimes I just wanna skip ahead to the fetish content I'm there for lol. A lot of kinetic novel games that aren't really even VN games with choices have decent dialogue, but I just wanna skip through to the good stuff
