Don't care, as long as it's not futa. Lately leaning a bit more towards female, because, hey, more eye candy.

Though usually, the writing for female mcs is utterly atrocious, which makes them really unenjoyable to play. So I'm forced to either go back to male or just drop the game.

If it is an older father figure male than thats my preference......way too many games out there where it is only the brother/son/nephew as the sole male character ..... like someone should investigate if there is a serial killer targeting fathers lol

I really don't connect with the fem MC and the need to be a whore around to see the scenes. I actually think it is weird and quite a lazy way out of rendering multiple females in different situations. 90% of the time in fem mc the males are just shadows. Boring.
I think the only exception is Karryn's Prison. That one was peak female MC in a hentai game. Lightning in a bottle tho.

Male but will play a girl if the game is good. Bit of a sub note. I don't like my mc to have comically oversized "tools". For one thing it blocks your girls and I can't help but think of the poor girls--hehe
