It really depends on the game. Loli/Shota—usually an average-sized dick, but for everyone else, a fucking massive schlong . I don't want my MC to have a shrimp dick, but I am always advocating for proportions. I do a lot of reviews and it's one of my main criticisms. Not just on the males, but same thing applies to the females, if every chic has tits bigger than her body with asses that can't fit in a movie theatre seat the same thing applies.

Give the MC a decent package, it even may help explain the porn logic on why every girl will want to bang him, esp if they've seen his dick, but don't make it 2 feet and turn it into a murder weapon.

There is a diminishing return on exaggeration of sex organs. A dick too big stops being nice and must start hurting (though i guess that's what some want to see), boobs too big i assume they stop being bouncy and soft and start being heavy and firmer (which I guess is what some people want), and vagina that is exaggeratedly will end up being painful for both (but I guess that's what some people want). I prefer realism in all things. If i can't imagine it in real life it does nothing for me.
I did once experience such a mismatch irl. when I was younger and less experienced an over eager boyfriend jammed himself in me without very much foreplay. this too big and too small scenario caused a tear in his foreskin.
