Unless there's a non-english original, it sounds like a bad idea. Not only do you have to trust the translation to be of good quality, but to also translate certain language intricacies properly. That'd be too rare to engage with.

Some of the ones I like reading best are written in something other than english and then auto translated somehow. I am curious to know if it is the same experience the other way around. Unfortunately I am too ignorant to know more than a bit of high school spanish and a word or two in french. So unless a spanish game was about having breakfast at the library it would never get me off.

If there was a dev from my country who made a game in our language, I would play it in that language. The language is too irrelevant for anybody to translate games to it, and I would still prefer English
