Prefer being able to change MC name to my own as well.

I play both, but when given the option, as long as there are no major gameplay changes, I always pick woman. It opens the door to lesbian content, and will generally remove gay content entirely since I'm not into that.

I prefer a male mc, but there are futa games where i don't mind the female mc, tho i don't know how female mc can a futa one be considered
