No. Unrealistic sizes are unrealistic and by this break immersion. Also, it's not sexy or beautiful, but just looks gross.

Nope. I do not like it when things are significantly out of proportion. People being of various sizes is okay, but I quite dislike the super large breasts and such. Also I would prefer a normal sized penis (or close to normal). With penises this seems to be especially bad, with many games having too large and some being absolutely ridiculous.

I'm a fan of unrealistic proportions, as long as they don't get in the way of the visuals. I've seen plenty of games and images that have characters with tits so big you can't see the rest of them. As long as it's not THAT big. The oversized and overblown obvious medical issue proportions are a bit off-putting, but if they're larger than life, within reason, I'm down.
I do enjoy body distension from penetration. I'm a sucker for a huge ass. Never been a massive fan of the massive mammary.

There are certain animation styles where exadurated figures look good but for the most part more realistic figures are better
