Do you cheat to unlock all rewards in games?

Only if the game is an insane grind. I am fine with some grind, but when I'm constantly tripping over my own dick trying to grind 15 different systems which should only take 5 minutes but takes 5 hours just to be grindy...nah I'm good.

I usually play the game a little bit first but depending on how busy/invested I am, the time between me picking it up and me trying to cheat/brute force my way to the "goods" can shorten-

That's some serious dedication going back through all those saves just to squeeze out every scene. Honestly, if a game makes it that grindy to unlock everything, I don't blame anyone for using a cheat or save editor to see the rest.

No because if the game requires too much grinding I will get bored pretty easily. Good games have a good balance and always leaves you wanting more.

Usually only once I've played it through once on hard level then I will consider playing a game in god mode

No, I actually hate doing that. If I'm not going to achieve all of them legally I prefer not to even get them.

Yeah, sometimes.
If the game doesn’t feel worth replaying and grinding everything a second time (like Midnight Paradise), I’ll just unlock the rest.
But with something like Being a DIK I actually went through it again properly.
