mod works fine, game got reworked so lots of things changed in between. you have to restart
for actual end content you got new repeatables
Shani, doc (mutants-long one), igor visit (both sides)
beside those got new major choice and arc at new settlement (mutants - long one)
bunch of new girls.

This game is honestly incredible. Not normally into middle eastern women, but this game knocked it out of the park. Very glad I decided to try it anyways.
