Imagine a cozy fantasy life in a cozy fantasy world where demons, knights, adventurers and magic exist. A place where quests are plentiful and nothing is impossible. A place where a normal girl could make the difference.
This game is an RPG with a focus on exploration, characters and puzzles (no combat). To progress: talk to people, visit places, solve things and commit to honing your skills and mastering the craft.

Thanks for your patience, I know it's been a long while since the previous update. If you encounter any bugs or errors, please post them in the thread or just send a PM. One wrong switch or variable can break the entire game - just RPGM things - so I will upload a fix asap, should you run into problems.
The quest log might show some wrong stuff, I'm aware, didn't want to delay the update because of that. A gallery is in the works, not available in this version though. Hate it? Love it? Let me know what you think!

OLD (alpha + v0.1)
I want to thank everyone who tried the game, and especially those who took the time to write out their impressions and provide feedback. This is my first game and now only my second ever release. Luckily, I do feel like I am improving in some aspects of the development process. Version 0.1 is still very much a work in progress, but also, I hope, a small step in the right direction.
My own reflections on the current release and thoughts for the future:
Who could have guessed that the ‘normal girl, normal life’ setup, even in a fantasy world, lacks the allure of an interesting narrative? I think it’s necessary to introduce an overarching story or primary quest in the next update. This main quest will be some source of upheaval and will serve as a cause for change (corruption), since for me that ‘why’ is something that’s currently still missing.
I want the player to have agency through choices and different paths, but there has to be a limit on how much impact choices can have on the playthrough. Ideally I also want to find some kind of a line between the MC’s corruption (and the world around her) and the player’s progression. The gameplay loop in the village (work and leisure) will also be improved upon in the future. For the next update I’ll mostly focus on the addition of the main quest/story and quests with side-characters. Can’t promise that the next release will arrive precisely on june 1.

This game avoids too many cutscènes, Visual Noveling, and turn-based combat. You can play with the mouse or keyboard (Z/X). Hide the textboxes with “Q” and remember to turn on auto-run (Gotta Go Fast) in the options. The layered images can bug out in the chess minigame, opening and closing the menu screen seems to fix it.

The game and all its content will forever be free.

there is a circle of flowers, you need to place yourself inside of it and press shift. it´s a little jumping puzzle after that

you just have to position yourself on the piece you want to move.
There is 4 chess puzzles and the 3 first you will know which piece you're supposed to move because walking on it will turn its case in green

did you ever get the solution? it's not like a free-form chess game and the green squares are your opponent's moves. there's only one correct answer for each puzzle. lmk if you (or anyone else out there) needs the solution and i'll post it here under a spoiler.

I myself found the solutions in the meantime. But for the other people who are still struggling with it, I recommend that you do post the spoilers. Appropriately conceiled ofc.

Any plans to fix the "stuck in the bar job" bug any time soon? When we work at the bar, we are unable to finish it after serving all customers. We are forced to visit the same customers again, who then blame us for not getting a drink. Only then can we complete the job.

Does anybody know how to complete the bar work? Since the latest update, I can't do that anymore; after delivering the drinks, she won't end the job, but say that she has worl to do. And the bar tender just tells her to collect orders again, which the customers don't have anymore after that.
