There already is a bigger game, it's called Corrupted Love by the same author. I would strongly prefer more updates on that one before considering a spin-off or second chapter for this small side project...

Yes. There is an older version that had a character that caused it to be there, the new version aged the character up so the dev is working within the laws of his country, but it is still there because you can download that original version.

Loved this one, as a side story it was well worth the read. I'm actually glad it was so short, considering the auth is still working on the primary game, but it's good to have sort of a quickie ya know?

Its quite nice. As stated it is short at around 25 minutes so if you do not have all the time in the world its great.
