Unhinged player characters can be interesting to play, unhinged devs are never interestingI like it. In fact, as far as I'm concerned, the more unhinged the better.

I tried playing this one and had to wait for an update. When it finally got one I checked the comments about it and found out the dev aged up some characters and some content was removed. I liked how the storyline was headed. I figured the main guy was going to buy the orphanage and run through all the girls. I guess not.

Nope. Sadly most devs are not Ketzal so are sometimes stuck in shithole countries where lolis are illegal. Same thing happened to The Five Star Stories. Lauren is about as "loli' as it gets (can pass for 12, maybe). 0.7G (I think, one of the 0.7's) has loli April getting fucked, but that's it before she was aged up.

Well I've went back and read some of your other posts about the dev and sounds like someone who thinks very highly of himself. At least that's the way it comes across to me. But I could be wrong.

Better than average game IMO. Reading through the comments it's always interesting to see what the new drama is. But I try not to read anything until I'm finished with the game so it doesn't colour my views.

Haven't played this game in over a year since it went through so many changes.
So is the content added better or worse? I could download and try it but I wont.

Some of the content is better and more consistent. For example, the past version had the MC deflowering his oldest daughter in the shower, this has been changed (thankfully).
Some of the side content with the most petite girl has been removed.
Overall I think it's an improvement.

The originally-planned content with the orphanage girls other than April has been scrapped, as was the content with original-version April... But the alternative was never going to be more of that. The only alternatives were the current form of the game, or the game stopped being developed entirely after 0.7.1. So in that sense, the current version is significantly better, since all the 0.8 and 0.9 content would never have happened without the changes to the youngest girls.

It's really a matter of taste and preference.
Yes, the most petite were redesigned to fit the sensibilities of the service platforms, which in some cases, has been seen as majorly selling out.
For my part, I like where the game went and where it seems to be going. Whether the orphanage girls are completely out of script now, remains to be seen. There may be some possibilities that Ric0h wants to keep around, but if they turn up, I think it'll be when he's established to current situation more firmly. There's already a lot going on and in order to keep things from spiraling out of control, I think he'll keep the story development focused on the already introduced characters. This will also give him a more logical starting point for possibly re-inserting some orphanage characters. I guess the orphanage is basically an endless supply of fresh characters that can be either temporary or permanent, but the best part is that it's already been established and can now lie in wait, ready to pounce.
But to answer your question directly: The characters have been redesigned and the story rewritten in key areas, in ways that one either loves or hates. I'm in the first group.
I'm not sure how circumspectly I must word these things, so if you wish, I can message you directly with more detailed descriptions of the differences between old and new versions of this game.

From the Discord channel, I can reveal that his RL job and workload increased in December and January, taking away precious time to work on what really matters. He's given no date for 0.10 yet, probably because it's difficult for him to ensure that he can honor a deadline. He prefers not to give one, so he doesn't have to come up with a bunch of excuses as to why he couldn't release at any given date. He usually gives a heads up when he's getting close, so the hype can begin.
