I mean, the only change really seems to be April no? Looked trough and as far as I see all scenes of 7.2 are still there aside from the one with Lauren and April?

Dunno about the ages, but you can still customize them to below 18, did he change up the Dialogue or what do you mean with not really?

In which version of the game was the scene with April? I've played the previous versions, and I don't remember any scene like that.

The author removed the extended scene in the library between Lauren and the MC (when they go to select a board game) after v0.5. Ric0h did explain it at the time as having been too soon in their relationship, as I recall. If you can find v0.5 to download then you can still watch the scene.

i still have the old zip with it i just missed the notes on the update for it and though i missed choices some where since i couldnt get it but thank you for clearing that up

Yup. Since one is a main LI and the other one is not the MC, it triggers the anti-NTRs. It even completely ignores the MC, which really triggers the anti-NTRs.
To keep the peace, I guess the scene was removed and maybe something else will happen along the way, when the harem really takes off.

I hope ricoh won't change anything to please them, some of them are too crazy to get ideas.

I mean, that's what it used to be. It used to be implied but never shown, now it's just never implied. Previously they even acted extra shocked in a "Oh no what have we done" type of way when they found out they were aunt/niece, now they just are a normal amount of shocked.

No, though there are defintiely some in the game. Generally speaking, tags are only added if the uploader or thread owner adds them, or if someone reports the thread OP to have them added if they are missing. Uploaders often have not played the games, so they have no way of knowing if tags are missing from the original source. In other words, report a thread's OP for missing tag if you find one that is missing.

I'm pretty sure there was also a lesbian scene in the barbershop. The main protagonist did not participate in it, so it was probably considered NTR and removed so as not to provoke the anti-NTR community.

Yup. Exactly that scene disappeared, even the mentions of it disappeared. The anti-NTRs are pretty nitpicky. Let's not open that can of worms, though.
I do, however, see the possibility of other stuff happening between these characters, where the MC is involved. this should satisfy the anti-NTRs so that these things can happen.
I've seen other devs make it something that the player could choose to happen or not happen. It's borderline and I think this quieted both camps very well.

It was only vaguely implied as Nikt_Wazny writes.

The scene was there, I was just curious as to the change. I don't like devs feeling the need to change much because the (fill in the blank) crowd doesn't like a scene. We all lost a great game because douchebag fans couldn't get over one aspect of a game and drove the dev to quit. They never responded to the changes the dev did make, just kept carping about their grievance. I am not bitching at RICOH, just was curious about the change.

Really annoying when Devs cave to anti n word crowd, makes you wonder whos really in control? 95% of the time the triggering action isnt even NTR lol. Will never understand how fragile some ppl are.

Honestly, this is going to be hard to answer. These scenes are already deleted, so there is no way to see them, you can only trust me and others who saw this scene with their own eyes that it existed. Unfortunately, there is no place where you can get archived versions of the game.
