The PC it's running on was built in 2012 and still works so why upgrade just because Microsoft wants me to? I tried 10 in 2015, hated it for multiple reasons, so went back to 7. Sure if I want to put the latest hardware in it I'm out of luck due to no drivers for it but I haven't needed to anyway. It still has a 3070 in it and that's good enough for most sane gaming, porn watching, AVN reading, etc (I don't need 4k at 300 fps, I'm not a pro gamer so 60 at 1080p on a 30" monitor is still good enough). As far as games I simply decided to quit buying them if they were made after 2020, there's still plenty of indie ones from 2010-2020 to keep me busy another 10 years (hardware will prob die by then, so that will be a good time for a new one), and by the time I do upgrade I can just jump to Windows 14 or whatever (13 will prob be skipped due to marketing and being "unlucky", 9 was skipped for backward compatibility/technical reasons due to the way most apps were coded, it saw a 9 in the code so it assumed windows 98 and crashed). I actually still have a beige box I built in 2000 that still works with XP, but that's basically just for emergencies (ie system recovery after the 7 rig gets a virus, which seldom happens), though it still works for apps made back then that didn't need more than 4GB of ram and I even put a cheap 500GB SSD in it just to see if I could. I'm seriously holding out hope at some point before upgrading that intentional (and annoying/wasteful) planned obsolescence will be outlawed so MS will have to switch to one last OS but a monthly sub service to it if they want to stay in business. Granted much to the annoyance of my parents I wanted a new PC every 2 years back in 1996-2005ish because back then it made sense with PC speed actually doubling for the same price in that time. The original Moore's Law died in 2015 due to physics, it's why now for video cards for example if you want one that goes 2x as fast you will pay 2x as much (4090: 24GB vRAM and $1700, 5090 next year: about 50% faster and with 32GB of vRAM, but probably also $2500-$3000 and uses 50% more power too, nearly 1kW and probably starting to require water cooling, and since developers go by what most people actually own via Steam metrics there will never be a need for a 5090 or prob even a 4090, other than those developers themselves wanting it to make games it's why AMD pulled out of the high end graphics market and moved focus on AI brain cards, most likely after the 5090 Nvidia will do the same). There's just no justifiable reason anymore to throw away money on new PC's so often. Same for phones. I bought a used Note 9 for $400 4 years ago, only needed to change the battery once in the 4 years I've had it so far. A new decent phone is still $400-1000, but I don't even use all the bells and whistles the Note 9 already has. Only foreseeable reason to get a new one would be more battery life/power efficiency, as phones tend to get the cutting edge silicon process tech first, but until then I simply built a 6lb 500Wh "purse" (as my sis and kids like to call it when they are in the mood to poke fun at me, they even got the youngest in on that and she's only 7) that has a USB port for recharging it 25 times if I need to without an outlet for some reason (thinking I could have also put a 100W solar charger in it too if I decided to permanently move into the woods).

Speaking of NTR, I'm surprised some haven't gotten mad that there's no NTR tag due to MC's dad raping his sister, twice. I guess like devs I need to spend less time paying attention to F95 comments.

/shrug I saw no need to make a wall of text an even bigger wall of text ( I have no filter, I sometimes spill all thoughts in my head rather than just a first sentence and then turn off the valve, sue me). Enter key still works fine, another reason not to upgrade. Though it doesn't support an ANY key when a game tells me to push that continue, though somehow it still works after putting my head on the kb after giving up looking for it.

So not a fan.. but still a completionist?

I really hated the ending but other than that yeah, I'm just used to a full story I guess. To me this read like an overly verbose bullet point presentation (like I said before show more, describe/tell less, it's why the VN format exists) or his personal notes that were eventually going to be hashed out into a full story. But I also get why it's like that, 9 years is a lot to cover, way too much for typical 1-MC-day-per-update AVNs, and he also didn't want to go Ketzal's route with multiple flashbacks. I mean the story I'm still writing (over 30 years to cover, so almost overwhelming) I'm doing similar with flash-forwards so I guess it's not that much different, except in mine specific dates are given when there are those to keep it less confusing (roughly 5 years apart x 5 of them, for Daz tool reasons, age progression/regression only works in 5 year chunks automatically, and I suck as a 3D artist doing it from scratch manually, at least for now), rather than just loosely tied scenes that feel like their own flash-forward on their own.

The plus section is just not for loli/shota but also games that were too "adult" "sensitive" for the public i remember some games were getting reported for there violent nature or certain stance.

Just remember the new dragon age had its cut scenes altered because bare male chest is porn now.

The main story is about a brother and sister couple named Shawn and Sabrina Arc. The chars age as the story progresses. Starting from when Shawn and Sabrina on a very young age. It goes up, but most of the sex scenes are when Sabrina is young.

This was my 1st attempt ever to make a VN. It is a kinetic VN and based off of a real book called "Conqueror of the Sun - Prelude to Destiny - 1st Light". I just made 3DCGI for all the scenes in the book based off the original source text.

I'll be honest, didn't play this game. Stopped the moment I could not find any option to shut off the music and sound.
Yeah I can just mute my system but I generally have other stuff going that I am listening to so not an option for me.
So something to keep in mind if you are like me.

I will say however while it was still loud it was not obnoxiously so. If the dev sees this thank you for that and I do truly mean that.

As a tip for situations like this, just open the windows volume mixer and adjust / mute the volume there. I personally use a tool called classic volume mixer, which brings back the normal mixer from windows 10 back to win 11.

I'm actually heard of this one. Years ago these were made to supplement an Amazon self-published book series- or the series was written to compliment these? I only ever followed the vague outskirts of what this 'series' tried to tell and from that broad outline alone I'll be honest and admit to catching the slight whiff of the 'unhinged'. Maybe playing it myself will alter that perception- but I suspect not.

I'm sure the dev probably gives between 0-0.2 shits about what a bunch of pirates think of his leaked "game". It might as well be a poorly-written ebook, in fact that's exactly what it was on Amazon before it was made into whatever this is, there's a whole series that is just as painful to read.

Someone feeling inadequate? lol. It's only a game and fantasy is fantasy. No worse than the hundreds of Jap titles where schoolgirls seem to always find themselves being r@ped with tentacles. I've seen shit where a woman got railed by a ginormous demon that played just the tip and ripped her open, by the time it worked it's way half way in her torso was all fucked up she was dead, and by the time it was time to nut, he rammed all the way up to her throat (via her vag I mind you) and blew her head off. And this was years ago. Just sayin', nothing to get worked up over. It's not the end of the world.
