Don't think there is a proper play order for them since there's too many concurrent timelines going on. Personally found the following order to flow relatively well but that'll probably change as new chapters come out for the ongoing games.

Blackheart beginning
Blackheart hotel
The Guardian
Personal Assistant
Blackheart hotel: Aftermath
Secrets of Whispering pines
The Lost Guardian
