discussion At what age did you first do drugs?

I have never tried it and it doesn't attract my attention, the fact of seeing people around me who have fallen very deeply into those vices stops me, I don't want to end up like this, I say that I could control it, but drugs are addictive

I am not even shitting you 38 for THC gummies and vape. Tried it to see if it would help migraines. It didn't. Alcohol... 9 my sisters wedding I got a 1/4 glass of champagne.

My parents let me drink a little beer from when I was about 8 I think. First time I got drunk was at my dads wake when I was 14. Drank a whole bottle of 50% vodka. Tried cigarettes around then too. First illegal drug was a little hash joint at 15. Spent most weekends from 15 to 18 getting stoned/drunk at a friends house whos mother had pretty much abandoned him to live with her boyfriend. He would throw these wild parties every weekend. Started smoking at 16. Started going to bars/nightclubs at 17. Some time in my early 20s I tried Speed and Coke, they're fun but I never got addicted. Smoked for 12 years but managed to kick that for vaping. Ended up being prety much sober for the past 10 years. With only the odd night out binge drinking, or a joint/bong once in a while.

If alcohol doesnt count then 26 when weed was made legal and I could buy it in a dispensary as opposed to the dealer behind the gas station

Alcohol when I was in a foreign country around 20. Cigarettes I guess was 17 or 18. I quit by about 25.

I still drink from time to time. Have a small liquor bar with mostly rum and whiskey. I have a few beers from time to time or enjoy a bottle of wine with my S/O when we're both in the mood for it.

Actual illegal drugs I have never done. I have taken prescriptions that would be illegal without a prescription but well... I've always had a valid prescription when taking them.

I started drinking when I was 14-15 iirc, started smoking cigs and pot at 18 and other drugs like coke and other stuff I haven't really "started" taking as much as I've only used em once

Kind of went a lil wild when I was 18.. completely straight laced one day and within a year I'd done Weed, Acid, Shrooms, MDMA, Ecstasy and Meth... there was also this weird legal drug that you smoked and it made you feel like there was another presence in the room. Only did that twice as it was just too f'n trippy. Once my group started to try cocaine I backed off though.. no clue why that was my red line

And I intentionally split up MDMA and X.. sure MDMA is a major ingredient in X but I lucked out and my first time thanks to a special batch of pills that were mostly MDMA. It ended up ruining X for me though as the other shit that gets put into most X pills just completely ruins the pure pleasure and fun of MDMA.

MDMA is Ecstasy . MDMA stands for Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, its both a stimulant as well as a psycedelic

Alcohol, tobacco and weed, at 17. I'm lucky that I won't like it, weed was bad for me. Now I only vape and I haven't even had beer in years.

According to my parents my first taste of alcohol was when I was teething as they would dip the dummy into some whisky. I remember seeing them do it to my younger brothers and sisters and yes it does stop a baby from crying. As for buying my own, I was drinking in pubs when I was 16 [back in those days, if you were obviously an apprentice, most pubs would allow you to have a few beers after work if you were with the blokes you worked with ] These days, like all my mates I brew my own due to the fact I can make 19 liters for roughly 30-40 dollars as opposed to spending 60-70 for a slab of beer [slab = 24 cans or stubbies, basicaly about 9 liters ] As for street drugs, years ago an old friend told me, Never to admit to anything in public that I had not already been convicted of. To be honest I cant remember much of those days but I think I was about 14-15
