Depends on how you mean, I think. IMO the storyline is at best meh. There doesn't seem to be a clear direction on what the current enemy / struggle is, and most of the time they're not even remotely anything dangerous. And pretty much if the MC wants a girl, the MC gets a girl. So there's no conflict or anything there, either.
The dialogue is pretty bad, TBH. There is tons of "you think you're ugly, but I'm telling you: you're beautiful". It's like practically every single woman is insecure about herself, like nobody could ever love her. What's more, some of the models are not great looking. So when he insists the girl is "beautiful", I'm like, "Eh...." There's also a lot of dialogue that's along the lines of "it's inappropriate and we really shouldn't do it" in scene after scene, while obviously continually progressing (very slowly) toward lewder actions as time goes on. The MC also has this weird thing of taking in tons of young adult (but legal aged) women as his "daughters", like he's adopting the entire world or something. It's just weird to me. And from what I've seen (like another of the dev's games, New York Cuties), the dev keeps this same pattern. It's like iOtero has no concept of real-life interactions or conversations.
And one of the major draws this had in the past — despite the so-so story, immature dialogue, and mixed quality of models for characters in general — was that there were several lolis. As of this update, for LIs he's going to get sexual with, those are aged up. What's more, the aging up doesn't look especially good, so there are more like slightly deformed adults in the place of the lolis.
So I would say this is a below-average game at best, depending on your tolerance level for its several shortcomings.
